Spectrum WebFX will provide either one-on-one or small-group training at a client's location, using the client's equipment. Or, if a preferred, they can learn on our equipment at our facility located in Euclid, Ohio.
Our teaching style is simple, direct, and user-friendly.
Basic PC Training
Clients will learn the fundamental computer skills necessary for at-home use and/or for working in today's business world: create presentations, letters and spreadsheets. Learn how to pay bills online, balance a budget and maintain personal finances. Stay organized with an address book, reminders, calendars and more. Clients will leave this course feeling less intimidated and more computer literate than before.
Internet Training
Clients will learn common internet terms, the structure of the internet, and user "netiquette" (Internet etiquette).
We will then teach clients how to log on to their account, check their email, surf the World Wide Web and more. Once they are comfortable with the basics, they may choose to learn more advanced Internet skills such as searching for data, networking with others, joining newsgroups, or doing valuable research that will assist them in the work they are doing.
After becoming a pro at surfing, they may want to learn the basics of creating their own web site. Spectrum WebFX will lead them through the process one step at a time, familiarizing them with HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and teaching them how to create or maintain their own web site.
Learning with Spectrum WebFX is different than attending impersonal, expensive classes because we give clients hands-on, customized instruction.
